What sets us apart? Our Ingredients! You don’t need to be a chemist to understand our label. We use only 100% pure Olive oil in our Original and Classic dressings. Neither contain any sugar or sweeteners, have only trace carbs and are made with all natural ingredients. In our Italian Ranch, we have come up with a unique new flavor by pairing our Original Italian and a zesty Ranch, marrying our Italian roots with an American favorite. We may not be in the restaurant business any longer- we sold the last one in 1999- but we continue to produce what is a Santa Barbara local’s favorite: Julio Petrini’s fine Italian Salad Dressings.
